April Blackmore is President of AH Blackmore, a Consulting Company started in January 2020 that helps Companies Manufacturing Practices and Builds Systems to drive Improvement. April is an expert in food, beverage, and Agriculture. April’s primary clients are in hydroculture farming, Food, and Beverage, as well as companies going through a start-up or an operations scale-up. April has over 25 years in operations and manufacturing leadership experience and was previously the VP of Operations at Del Monte Fresh and has held various operations, manufacturing, quality and safety roles at Quaker Oats, PepsiCo, Nestle, Super Store Industries, Nature’s Bounty, California & Hawaiian Sugar, Plant Sciences, Inc., and has operations leadership in Vertically Integrated Operations. April’s specialties include operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement/lean, supply chain, safety, engineering, robotics, and ERP, and is sought out for her expertise in TPM, Lean Methodology, AI as well as developing leaders through mentoring and support and to improve company equity and results.
