Michelle Lam

Michelle is the co-founder and CEO of the intelligent apparel brand [True&Co](/organization/true-co). The company has gathered millions of pieces of rich, female body-focused data from more than 1 million women (and counting) to change the way bras are designed, engineered, shopped for and lived in. As the first female investor at Bain Capital Ventures, Michelle developed a passion for technology ventures and e-commerce, and worked closely with multiple startups including RentTheRunway, LinkedIn and EdgarOnline. Her background in investing and data science also includes tenures with the Boston Consulting Group, Microsoft and Parthenon Capital.
