Throughout her nearly 28-year investment career, Marcia has become one of a handful of female founders of a global alternative investment firm as Co-Founder and Executive Chair of $14 billion firm Värde Partners. With the launch of her latest venture, MPowered, Marcia believes now is the optimal time to deploy capital and strategic resources to women and other underrepresented investment talent. Marcia served as Co-CEO and Co-CIO of Värde until 2016, overseeing the firm’s growth in raising and investing capital in dislocated opportunities, identifying talent and building investment teams.
