Daniel Hodge

Daniel Hodge is the Founder and CEO of DCH Property Group, a real estate investment firm specializing in distressed UK properties. His focus is on acquiring, renovating, and renting properties to generate strong returns while rejuvenating communities. Daniel started his entreprneurship journey with Dynamify as the Chief Sales Officer. Dynamify was founded by Maxwell Harding, a private equity professional previously from Terra Firma Capital Partners, and Robert Kehres, an entrepreneur, fund manager, and quantitative trader—who, among other ventures and was educated at Cambridge and Oxford. Until 2024, Daniel also served as Founder and CEO of BL Jewellery, an internationally recognized fashion jewelry brand with a presence in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
