Reuben Munger

Reuben Munger is currently the Managing Partner of Vision Ridge Partners, LLC. Reuben was the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Bright Automotive, Inc., a start-up electric vehicle company focused on providing economic solutions to commercial and government fleets. Prior to founding Vision Ridge, he was a Managing Director with The Baupost Group, LLC. a leading investment firm with over $25 billion in assets. Reuben led the firm's European investing efforts, co-led the Trading Room Operations Committee and managed investments in telecommunications, media, shipping and other special situations in the United States, Canada and Asia. During his decade at Baupost, the firm compounded assets under management from $1 billion to $12 billion. He has also been a consultant to Texas Pacific Group and an investment banker with James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. Reuben is Chairman of Securing America’s Future Energy, a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Institute, a founding member of the Executive Committee of the Electrification Coalition, and a member of the League of Conservation Voters board of directors in addition to serving on the boards of a number of private companies. Reuben graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Politics and Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration.
