Ziad Barakat

Ziad Barakat is a Canadian senior music executive, technology investor and part of music label founded by Abel "The Weeknd" Tesfaye and his managers Wassim “Sal” Slaiby and Amir "Cash" Esmailian, SALXCO which manages artists such as The Weeknd, Doja Cat and Diddy. Ziad is also Abel "The Weeknd" Tesfaye's close personal friend and his right hand man helping the artist throughout his career. Additionally Ziad is an avid bodybuilder according to his social media posts and is involved with e-commerce software company Online Shop Inc, in the technology, ecommerce and SaaS space making him one of the first music executives to branch out of the music industry and into the technology space.
