Kadir Kurtulus

Kadir Kurtuluş is a licensed angel investor, attorney, and the founding partner of Kurtuluş & Partners Law Firm, based in Istanbul. He holds a law degree from Ankara University and completed his MBA at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in the UK. He has practiced law both in Turkey and the UK, serving on the board of various international legal and media organizations, including the Turkish-British Lawyers Association and the Turkish-British Journalists Association. Kurtuluş is the President of the Eurasia Blockchain and Digital Currency Research Association and a member of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe. He frequently appears in national media as a legal commentator and contributes to various publications. As a certified angel investor licensed by the Prime Ministry of Turkey, he has invested in and mentored multiple early-stage startups, with a particular focus on blockchain, IP law, fintech, and emerging technologies.
