Mir Arif is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Blue Cloud Ventures. At Blue Cloud Ventures, Mir focuses on growth and late stage investments and his areas of sector focus include: healthcare IT, 3D and engineering, financial technology and business application software. Mir is a seasoned technology investment banker with more than 20 years of Wall Street experience. He has executed over 150 transactions worth over $5.0 billion for a range of enterprise software, SaaS, e-commerce, new media, and IT/BPO services companies. Mir is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Madison Park Group (MPG), the leading boutique tech-focused investment bank in New York City. Prior to starting MPG, Mir was the youngest Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group of Bear Stearns & Co. Earlier, at the age of 25, he helped start the Equity Private Placement Group At Peregrine Capital, Asia’s largest investment bank, managing a team in the United States and Hong Kong. Mir is a Columbia University graduate (B.S. Electrical Engineering & M.S. Operations Research), Chartered Financial Analyst and a Charter Member of TiE Boston.
