Mordechai Ben-Shach

Mr. Ben-Shach has served 11 years as CEO of PAZ Oil, Israel’s largest Oil Company and AVI pioneer in Israel, with approximately one-third market share. Some of his notable achievements include bringing the company from a market value of less than $400M to a market value exceeding $ 1.8 B, leading the listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, a move which greatly enhanced the company’s value, introducing a new ‘in-house operation’ system for the petrol stations, and the establishment of ‘Convenience Stores’ at the stations.
