Harrison Perry

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Interprise Partners, Mr. Perry has assembled a diverse team of investment professionals and made investments in rapidly growing companies in the business services and technology sectors. Mr. Perry was previously a Vice President at EDG Partners, which is a growth-oriented healthcare private equity firm. He was actively involved with portfolio companies as a Board Member, strategic partner and interim executive. He served in a lead role in transaction analysis and execution, building a regional network, fundraising, and business development through strong relationships with executives and thought leaders. Mr. Perry also worked at Radius Ventures in New York and CapitalSource in D.C., where he invested in high growth businesses with innovative technology and services offerings. At these firms, he developed a rigorous due diligence process for growth equity investing. He also ran capital raises and assessed sale opportunities. Harrison previously served as the interim CFO for Diabetes America, LLC, and held Board of Directors positions with several companies, including Strategic Dental Executives and Management Health Solutions. Mr. Perry is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (B.S. Business Administration with Distinction), and Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management (M.B.A. with Distinction).
