Toby Harper

Toby Harper is the CEO & founder of Harper James Solicitors, as well as a corporate and commercial solicitor. He trained and qualified at a boutique corporate and commercial law firm, whose clients consisted primarily of SMEs who operated almost exclusively within the advanced manufacturing and technology sectors. Toby was exposed to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters in this role and gained a great deal of experience dealing with large volumes of corporate mergers and acquisitions. He’s also previously worked within both the corporate and commercial teams of a UK top 50 law firm. Prior to founding Harper James Solicitors, Toby was most recently the sole legal counsel at a leading venture capital company.
