Michael Kime is responsible for assisting AEGIS Professional Services with complex corporate transactions as well as organizing and managing capital raising activities for corporate clients. He advises a wide range of companies, including privately held entities and “start-up” companies. In representing these clients, he provides advice on a variety of corporate, securities and transactional topics, including public and private equity and debt offerings and general corporate matters such as new business formation, choice of entity and business contract negotiation. Throughout his career, Mr. Kime has performed legal advisory services for start-up companies and full-service law firms. Prior to his work at Cleantech Biofuels Inc., Mr. Kime worked at Sauerwein, Simon, Blanchard & Kime, P.C. In this role, he managed all corporate transactions including acquisitions and restructuring, grew transactions by over 300 percent, and as a result, was ultimately promoted to partner. He also worked for Suelthaus & Walsh, P.C. where he provided advisory services to bank and bank holding companies and advised financial service companies and start-ups in raising capital. Mr. Kime co-wrote an award winning documentary that was released in theatres throughout the United States and was selected as one of twelve finalists for the Best Documentary Oscar by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences.
