Scott Bethel

Scott Bethel is the Director of Operations at STR, a San Antonio-based property management company overseeing a portfolio of over 125 short-term rental properties. He is also the founder of IntegrityISR, which he led as CEO for a decade, growing the business to a 40-employee operation with $5 million in annual revenue. A decorated United States Air Force veteran, Mr. Bethel completed 27 years of service, culminating as Vice Commander of the Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency. He undertook six combat deployments and received numerous military honors, including the Legion of Merit and the Combat Action Medal. Leveraging his extensive experience in intelligence and operations, Mr. Bethel serves as a Visiting Distinguished Practitioner of Intelligence at Angelo State University and as an emeritus board member of the National Military Intelligence Association. His academic credentials include a master’s degree in strategic intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Bethel continues to drive innovation in the fields of intelligence and cyber strategy while contributing to the professional development of future leaders in national security.
