Chessa Eskandanian-Yee

Born into the world of human capital, Chessa found her passion for talent acquisition and development from watching her mother, Katherine, advise candidates & clients alike, and helping them grow their businesses with the right people. Spending her summers working at Agency360, she first started running the social media platforms and eventually placed her first candidate at age 17. While in college, she created LeaderEQ to provide a matchmaking and communication platform that would enable executives to select and engage with the right business advisors. Chessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Smith College. Chessa has been involved through volunteer and financial contributions to the Berkeley Humane Society and The Bay School of San Francisco. She enjoys cycling, playing guitar, composing music, traveling and playing tennis.
