Erhai Liu

Mr. LIU Erhai joined Legend Capital in 2003 and is now Managing Director of the firm in charge of TMT investments. He is a member of the Management Committee and Investment Committee. At Legend Capital, Mr. Liu is responsible for investments in BitAuto (NASDAQ:BITA), Renren (NYSE:RENN), China Auto Rental, Zhaopin.com, Rock Mobile, Universal Education, ShopEx, Mbaobao.com, EverCare Med Institution, Yunda, SPORTICA, AutoRadio, Happy Elements, Pod Inn and 21cake. Before joining Legend Capital in 2003, Liu Erhai worked at China TieTong as Vice President of Operations, at Clarent China as Vice General Manager and at head of Value-added Business Department of JiTong Telecom. Mr. Liu holds a master’s degree in Communication and Information System from Xidian University, and an international MBA’s degree and a master’s degree in Psychology from Peking University.
