Charles Fourault

I have spent +15 years in investment, financial advisory and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding 50 Partners & Swenson, I spent over six years in investment banking at HSBC and BNP Paribas in Paris. In 2010, I cofounded 50 Partners, the leading French accelerator funded by 50 successful entrepreneurs (founders of Blablacar, ShowRoomPrivé, Le Bon Coin, Reworld Media…) dedicated to support tech & digital startups. During that period, I advised entrepreneurs on fundraising, business development and growth. In the meantime, I cofounded 50 Partners Capital, an early stage VC fund investing from 100k€ to 1M€ per project (more than 40 investments, among them TheGuarantors, Selency, Brigad, BirdOffice, Simplifield, DataDome, Sqreen,…). In 2016, I cofounded Swenson, whose mission is to connect a global community of entrepreneurs and nurture them with inspiring places, content and events. I am now Partner at Ventech, managing AFI Ventures, a seed fund investing in impact-driven startups reimagining every sector of the global economy in a fairer and more sustainable way.
