Wayne Wallace is a co-founder of Mutual Capital Partners. Previously, he worked in investment banking for both McDonald Investments and National City Investments. Wayne was the first employee hired by the new co-heads of National City Investments investment banking group and played an integral role in sourcing and executing transactions, recruiting talented professionals, and significantly growing the group's revenue. He performed substantial financial, economic, and industry analysis and provided client advice, financial structuring, and investor contacts for companies seeking to raise capital or engage in merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Wayne's investment banking experience includes engagements with numerous private and public companies. Wayne holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance from the Ohio State University. He serves on the non-profit board of directors for Lakewood Catholic Academy, a premier K-8 school with an innovative curriculum, opportunity for unique community service, and commitment to family values.
