Mark A Kelly

Mark has 25 years of banking and financial services experience, including as a Principal at Ford Financial Fund, L.P. Mark has held operating positions including as President and CEO of First Acceptance Corporation (NYSE: FAC) and as Senior Vice President with auto lender Triad Financial, where he oversaw credit policy, administration of underwriting criteria and portfolio management. He also worked with Hunter’s Glen/Ford, Ltd. where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating equity investments. Prior to Hunter’s Glen/Ford, he held senior roles at California Federal Bank and Bank of America. Mark is currently a director of American Bank, N.A., ABNA Holdings, Inc., First Acceptance Corporation, Pelican Auto Finance, LLC and Continuity Health Solutions. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
