Jim Sha

Jim Sha has been a general partner of Apogee Venture Group, an early stage venture investment and consulting firm, since November 1998. Previously, as president and CEO of Actra Business Systems, a Netscape and GE Information Services joint venture, Jim pioneered business-to-business e-commerce application development. Jim was also Senior VP of Integrated Applications at Netscape leading consumer-to-business e-commerce application development. Previous executive management positions include Oracle Corporation, Wyse Technology and Intel Corp.
