Shraga Katz

Katz has over 30 years of technological experience and has specialized in the communications industry for over 20 years. In 1996, Mr. Katz founded Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), a global provider of high capacity wireless networking solutions for mobile, fixed operators and private networks, and served as its President and CEO until mid 2005. Prior to founding Ceragon Networks he served in the Israeli Defense Forces for 17 years, where he held a number of positions including the head of the Electronic Research and Development Department for Israel's Ministry of Defense. Shraga Katz is a two-time winner of the Israel Defense Award, Israel's most prestigious recognition for research and development. Mr. Katz is the chairman of Allot Communications (NASDAQ: ALLT), a leading provider of intelligent IP service optimization and revenue generation solutions. Shraga joined Magma Venture Partners in January 2006, and serves as Director on the boards of GreenSQL and Corephotonics.
