Randi Lethebe

Randi is a key member of the Avrio team, responsible for the day to day operations of the firm in addition to broad responsibility for financial administration. Prior to joining Avrio, Randi worked in early childhood development, managing behavioral issues amongst troubled children and young adults. She also has held several accounting roles throughout her career, working for owner-managed enterprises in carrying out a wide range of financial services. Randi is currently pursuing multiple financial management courses with the view to achieving a professional accounting designation.
