Kevin J. Kooman

Mr. Kooman has over 20 years of investment banking and financial management experience. Prior to joining Patriot, he served as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. As a senior member of the group, Mr. Kooman’s primary responsibilities included marketing the firm’s services, initiating relationships with prospective financial service clients and directing and executing client transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt securities offerings and branch purchases and sales. Mr. Kooman received a B.S. degree in Accounting, with honors, from Villanova University and received an M.B.A. in Finance, with high distinction, from Temple University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive).
