Kurt Roth

Kurt is a partner and leads CODI’s Healthcare investments. In this role, Kurt is responsible for all aspects of originating and evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions in the Healthcare vertical. Before joining CODI in 2022, Kurt was the Head of M&A and Strategy at Sotera Health Company (Nasdaq: SHC) and previously a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Robert W. Baird & Co. Kurt is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
