Kelvin Chan

Kelvin is the founder and Chairman of Graval Consulting Limited. Kelvin leads Graval’s works on business consulting, M&A advisory, valuation as well as the group’s strategic development. Kelvin is the co-founder, investor and CEO of Formula Square, a leading sportech company aiming to build a racing ecosystem for the general public. To contribute more to the startup industry, Kelvin acts as the mentor for the startup community of Hong Kong Cyberport. He also worked as an Independent Non-executive Director of two listed companies in Hong Kong. Kelvin is not only an experienced financial expert, but also a seasoned entrepreneur with passion to act as business accelerator to help growing startups and SMEs with great potential. Before the establishment of Graval, Kelvin was the core founding member and Director of Grant Sherman Appraisal Limited for over 10 years and was in charge of business and derivative valuation division. Kelvin had also worked as the supervisor of the Electronic Financial Information Division of Sun Hung Kai Financial Group and had worked in the corporate banking division of a multinational bank for several years.
