Lim Swee Yong

Mr. Lim Swee Yong is our Non-Executive Director. Mr. Lim brings with him more than 10 years of experience in corporate transactional work. Mr. Lim began his career in 2005 with Stamford Law Corporation as an Associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets. In 2007, Mr. Lim joined Morrison and Foerster as an Associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. Mr. Lim thereafter, in 2009, re-joined Stamford Law Corporation as a Senior Associate, and was promoted to Director in 2011. In 2015, Mr. Lim joined Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd as Vice-President, Legal. Mr. Lim was appointed by DeClout to head its corporate office in 2015, and is currently responsible for providing leadership to business development and growth strategies, and to drive strategic plans including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate initiatives. Mr. Lim also oversees the legal and corporate secretarial functions of DeClout. Mr. Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 2004. He was admitted to act as an advocate and solicitor of the Singapore Supreme Court in 2005 and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007.
