Alan Alexrod

Alan is a real estate development professional with more than 40 years of experience focusing on raw land and multifamily housing. Prior to founding Axelrod Capital Management LLC in 2008, he led Brightpoint Capital, a $750 million equity hedge fund affiliate of H.I.G. Capital. In addition to his real estate investments and enterprises, Alan is co-owner and president of Benevon, an organization that aims to create sustainable funding for nonprofits, and an investor in various startups.
