Mark Edoff

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Mark Edoff maintains an established consulting firm and coordinates tailored services for clients in areas such as IoT, the cloud, and physical and digital security. Uncovering ways of effectively limiting business expenses, Mark Edoff ensures that the supply chain and other aspects of multinational operations function seamlessly. All process improvements that he implements with MNE Solutions, LLC, are designed with regulatory compliance in mind. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Edoff held a position as senior vice president, business operations and optimization, with ADT Security Services. His responsibilities spanned diverse aspects of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, and he also coordinated relationships with strategic partners. His direct reporting activities spanned the IT, real estate, and new product release arenas. Mr. Edoff previously served as chief financial officer with Tyco/ADT Security Services, a $4 billion annual revenue operation. He managed the $2 billion acquisition of Broadview Security and its integration into Tyco operations. Beginning in the 1980s, he also gained early experience guiding global corporate audits and financial reporting as part of the team at KPMG, LLP.
