Nathan S. Ward

Mr. Nathan S. Ward is a Partner and Co-Founder at Palm Beach Capital. He co-founded the firm in 2001 and serves as the Co-Managing General Partner focusing his time on finding, structuring, and managing portfolio investments for the firm. Mr. Ward is a Finance professional and has made investments in healthcare, business services, real estate, professional services, printing, manufacturing, and distribution companies for the firm and has personally invested in and/or closed over 30 transactions for Palm Beach Capital. Prior to this, he was employed at Workflow Management, Inc. in the mergers and acquisitions department. Mr. Ward completed nearly 20 transactions for the company over a two year period, totaling in excess of $200 million in revenues. He began his career as an Assistant Vice President at NationsBank, now Bank of America, in the Mid Atlantic Corporate Lending Group. While at the company, Mr. Ward managed a portfolio consisting of a diverse blend of operating companies spanning many industries from the manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors.
