Elo Comfort

Elo Comfort is a consultant to construction and commercial lenders and the President at Levien-Rich Associates. He evaluates and makes recommendations to clients on the budgets, costs, schedule, and issues related to construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. He performs property condition assessments and reserve studies for the sale and refinancing of properties. Mr. Comfort works with multiple lending institutions.
