Guy brings to Grove over 20 years of venture capital, general management, strategic marketing and engineering experience. Most recently, Guy was an investor with Tallwood Venture Capital, a Silicon Valley VC, where he sourced and led the investment in Wilocity which was acquired by Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM). Guy was also a member of the board's executive committee at Quintic Microelectronics, a Beijing based company, where he helped lead the company’s pivot into the IoT market. Following this transition, the company was acquired by NXP (NASDAQ:NXPI). In addition, Guy was an observer on the boards of Silicon Clocks (acquired by Silicon Labs), Ozmo Devices (acquired by Atmel) and Wave Semiconductors. Previously, Guy was a founder and President of wireless chip provider Provigent which was acquired by Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO). In this role, Guy pioneered microwave radio technology which enabled scalable 3G and 4G data networks.
