Raj Sultanian

Raj has over 15 years of operations, technology and management experience, including over 7 years of legal, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operations management experience in alternative investments. He was previously Senior Legal Counsel at PAAMCO, where he led investment structuring, counterparty negotiation, and manager onboarding for the firm's multi-billion dollar managed account platform. Prior to that he was an associate in Sidley Austin's Investment Funds practice group in Chicago, where he advised numerous investment managers on setting up new fund structures, onboarding counterparties, negotiating IMAs and side-letters, and regulatory requirements. Raj earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a JD from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
