A young and dynamic promoter, with over 16 years of experience, Rajiv alongwith a team of professionals from the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance industry formed over a decade ago and has overseen its operations for the last 12 years to make it one of the premiere Boutique Investment Banks of India. Under his leadership has grown to be a full service Investment Bank. His responsibilities span from origination of transactions to marketing and negotiation. He has headed the syndication team for large infrastructure projects in telecom, ports, roads, pipelines etc. He is a dynamic Leader, having conducted business internationally, with the U.S.A, U.K., Europe, Singapore & U.A.E. Rajiv has been personally involved in more than 50 transaction closures in the past decade, some of them being cross border in nature. He has led his team to successfully advise on Private Equity and Debt Placements, Venture Capital Deals, I.P.O.'s, Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Structured Finance and M & A transactions. as well as Angel Investments. He is an active Investor and is part of the screening committee of the Mumbai Angels, a leading and professional angel investment group.He has strong relationships with Government agencies and Financial Institutions. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the ICFAI, Hyderabad and has a B.COM degree with First Class from the University of Mumbai. In addition to the above, he has completed various diploma programmes in Technical Analysis., Export and Import Management (Indo American Society) and Advanced Computer Programming (Network Computer Institute).
