Tal Mizrahi

Tal Mizrahi joined Giza in 2005 and serves as CFO. Tal is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, administration and tax issues, contributing his financial expertise to Giza's investment activity. Previously, Tal was the Director of Finance at PortAuthority Technologies, a security software company acquired by Websense Inc. in 2006. Prior to that, he served as VP - Finance at Zinook, an investment company focused on seed stage technology companies, and was Senior Associate at Kesselman & Kesselman, PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv. Tal is a certified public accountant and holds an LLM in law from Bar Ilan University and a BA in accounting and business management from the College of Management.
