Josh Conklin

Josh Conklin is Managing Director of Risk Strategies. Prior to this Josh was President of NICG’s Risk Management and Employee Benefits Consulting practice which he led to an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company at #667. He then led to the organization scaling and being Acquired by Risk Strategies 2.5 years later in July 2019. Prior to NICG, Josh led CoAdvantage, scaling the Technology, Benefits consulting practice, and Human Resources platform to a national platform leading to an acquisition by Morgan Stanley. Prior to CoAdvantage, Josh was VP of Sales for ADP Major accounts, with a career spanning 10 years at ADP in multiple leadership roles Josh Made Presidents Club or Board of Directors every year. Additionally, Josh was selected to lead the Sales National Advisory Board for over 5 years serving to lead, develop, and roll out national sales execution plans each year with the senior leadership team. Josh Founded National HR Consulting which is a BPO platform that helps HR Leaders and senior leaders optimize their HR, Benefits, and Payroll technology. Josh Also is Chairman of Board at Vision Care and Therapy. Josh is a proud father and husband living with his wife Janna and kids in Atlanta and serves on several boards as well as not for profits. He is an avid outdoor and sports enthusiast and is passionate about child education, financial literacy initiatives, community improvement, and supporting local church activities and community outreach.
