As an avid, lifelong Liverpool soccer fan, he often compares the workplace to a team sport. “Everything we do at MetLife is a team sport. I like to think of myself as a teammate as well, and I’m fortunate to work with a great team.” In addition to his MetLife responsibilities, Michel sits on various external boards: the U.S.-China Business Council, the Geneva Association, and the Partnership for New York City.
