Keyth Pengal

At Atar Capital, Mr. Pengal focuses on evaluating the operating needs of new investment opportunities, due diligence and operational oversight of portfolio companies. Mr. Pengal has over 25 years of operational experience in a senior or executive role. At Warner Brothers, he was General Manager of several facilities with volumes up to 8 billion in retail shelf ready product. He also led several technology stack developments and implementations. As Vice President of Operations at Goldline International, he led the technology and process improvements to grow the company from $50M in revenue to over $850M in 3 years, along with designing the operational infrastructure required for such rapid growth. He also ran distribution, supply chain and analytics for a $300M grocery chain rotating through 18,000 SKU’s annually. Mr. Pengal holds a B.A. in Business Management from Roosevelt University.
