Jim joined NGN following a 34-year career in general management, sales and marketing, innovation, and organizational development at Cadbury, Kraft/Mondelez, and Kellogg's. He has extensive innovation experience as both a practitioner and a leader. He has served as President of Cadbury Adams Japan, EVP - Global Director of Cadbury's $5 billion gum/candy business, and most recently as the leader of Kellogg's Global Snacks category team. He is a global expert in confectionery and snacks with a strong track record in business turnarounds, brand building, and new business launches.
