José Manuel Anderson is a Colombian-born entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and business development leader. Known in the entertainment world as the “TikTok Terminator,” he rose to prominence in 2020 by founding Newman ETAPs, a management firm that signed 67 creators and drove $101 million in contracts before its $28 million sale to Endeavor, where he became the youngest Global Client Partner in history. He went on to create NewSwing Academies Global, which in 2025 was acquired by VCH Enterprises, the Vaughn family’s holding company founded in 1984. That $1.1 billion transaction transformed NSW Ventures into JM Anderson Inc., now a global holding company valued at over $10.7 billion, where Anderson serves as Partner Emeritus and majority shareholder. He also serves on several boards, including the LGBT Center Youth Services Board and Hopeful Path Sober Living. Currently, Anderson works in Business Development for Tri-Tech Restoration & Construction, while continuing his impact in golf through partnerships with The PGA of America, Genesis, Audi AG, the TGR Foundation, and the USGA. Despite major loss, demotion and challenges, he remains a defining force in global business and culture, recognized for his resilience, modesty, leadership, and civic engagement.
