I am VP for Integrated Payment at Fiserv, where I lead the partner sales and delivery of innovative digital payment solutions that streamline and simplify the payments for ISV. Integrated payments are the future of software and commerce, as they allow software firms to embed payment functionality into their systems, making them more attractive and useful for their customers. Integrated payments also create a new revenue stream for software firms, as they can charge fees for processing transactions or offer value-added services such as data analytics or fraud prevention. I have 15 years of industry experience in software and technology, having worked at Tencent Cloud, Oracle, Amazon Web Service and VMware. I am focused on supporting and developing partners (both ISVs and MSPs), recruiting new talent, growing the company’s brand recognition, and helping enrich the lives of Internet users and assist the digital upgrade of enterprises. My motto is ‘Value for Users, Tech for Good’. As a former Cloud Business Developer, Sales (Indirect and Direct), and ISV Sales Director, I am passionate about technology, innovation (AI, Big-Data, Cloud), and company culture. I have advised a range of ISVs and Partners on how to best leverage technologies and move from on-premise infrastructure to Cloud and SaaS architectures supporting their business transformation (Technical, Operations, and Sales/Marketing). My experience and network within the investment and software community have allowed me to provide valuable guidance and support to the companies in which I invest, and I am committed to helping them achieve their full potential.
