JOHN RAEDER

John P. Raeder, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of talentReef, a Human Capital Management Software as a Service (SaaS) Company he acquired with Frontier Capital in November, 2012. John is a 25 year veteran in the software/SaaS industry and Oracle veteran. Before acquiring talentReef, John was the Founder and CEO of IQNavigator, the market-leading contingent workforce management software company. From 1999-2009, he successfully scaled IQN into the global market leader, reaching a 40-fold increase in profitable revenues, deploying the software into 70+ countries, and successfully exiting the business for $143M to a Tier 1 Private equity firm in 2008. Raeder is also the Founder and CEO of Raeder Venture Fund, launching the Fund in 1996. With a 20+ year track record in software investing, RVF has delivered a 52% IRR and a 5.25 Return on Invested Capital. Raeder has served as an Institutional Investor, Executive Chairman, and Board Member to numerous successful software, internet, and business services companies. John received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado. He served as a Board Trustee for the University from 2006-2015 and is actively involved as a cabinet member for CU Athletics. John and his family are the benefactors for the Raeder Technology Center at the University. He also is actively engaged in his community with various philanthropic associations.
