Marc Solomon

Marc has over 25 years of experience in managing professional services, customer service, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, deal structuring and business planning. Marc started his career at KPMG and has since held CFO and COO positions at Magnet Interactive, Exist Corporation, Outbounder, GlobalServe and served as the General Partner of Agora Enterprises, a venture capital and strategic consulting firm. Marc has extensive industry experience in software, wireless, IT solutions, financial services, energy, consumer products and professional services. During his career, Marc has raised over $100 million in financing and has led both the buy and sale side of M&A transactions. Marc graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland College Park and is a CPA.
