Mike Apostal

Mike brings diverse financial experience to helping portfolio companies and identifying/completing prospective investments. Previously, he was an associate in the Consumer, Food & Retail Group at Houlihan Lokey advising food & beverage companies in merger and acquisitions and capital raising activities. In addition, Mike was an associate intern with Hicks Equity Partners where he focused on evaluating new investment opportunities and spent five years in middle market commercial lending with LaSalle Bank and Cole Taylor. Mike received his B.B.A. from Marquette University with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. When not spending time with his wife and three young daughters, he enjoys most anything sports-related, particularly playing basketball, golfing and skiing.
