Jesús Cisneros is a visionary entrepreneur with a solid track record in the technology industry, recognized for his ability to transform innovative ideas into successful projects. At the age of 21, he co-founded Quiubas, a pioneering company in SMS messaging services and mobile infrastructure, from 2007 until its successful exit in 2020, becoming the first Mexican company, specifically from León, to be acquired by Twilio, one of the top 10 Big Tech companies globally. Jesús played a key role in the company's evolution from a social network to becoming a leader in SMS connectivity in Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region. As Chief Operating Officer of Quiubas, he led the commercial strategy, managed relationships with major clients, and navigated the complex legal, financial, and technological challenges of the technology and telecommunications market. His focus was on expanding into key markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, India, and Malaysia, positioning Quiubas as a leader in the sector, controlling 90% of mobile messaging traffic in 54 countries. Currently, Jesús leads Saptiva AI as Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder. Saptiva is a company dedicated to offering custom generative artificial intelligence solutions for the Latin American region. With Saptiva, he is driving the creation of an AI ecosystem in the region under the premise of providing resources that enable companies of all sizes to generate technology using GenAI without relying on foreign players. At present, Saptiva is the only company providing GPU computing resources in Latin America. Saptiva utilizes open-source models tailored to the particularities of the local market, especially in sectors like finance.
