Michelle Paisley

Michelle Paisley joined MVision in 2014. She brings a strong track record in sales, investing, research and management, with over 20 years of experience in equity markets globally. At MVision, Michelle leads the Investor Management Team in Asia and globally, and is a member of the global leadership team. Prior to joining MVision, Michelle spent 10 years at Macquarie Bank in sales and leadership positions in Hong Kong and Sydney, including four years as Head of Equities for Hong Kong and China. She was also a Board Director of Macquarie Equities Asia Limited, and played an active role in primary and secondary placements across Asia. Michelle has deep relationships with institutional investors, and is recognised for her ability to add value to clients through her comprehensive understanding of their differentiated investment imperatives, processes and styles. Michelle has experience in investing in listed equities globally, having spent five years at Banker Trust as a fund manager and global team leader focused on sectors ranging from resources, basic industries and energy to utilities, transport and pharmaceuticals. She started her career in London where she was a top rated analyst on European companies with HSBC, before moving to Sydney in 1996 where she focused on Diversified Industrial and Wine companies with Citigroup. Michelle has an MA Honours Degree in French and Psychology from St Andrews University , Scotland. She is a Director of The Women’s Foundation, a leading HK-based charity, and is member of the UK Institute of Directors.
