Samia Bouazza

Samia Bouazza is the Group CEO and Managing Director of Multiply Group, an Abu Dhabi-based diversified holding company listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) with total assets worth AED 39 billion and a market capitalization of AED 28 billion. With over two decades at the helm, Samia now leads the strategic development of the company, its growing investment portfolio of high-return businesses, and maintains the overall sustainable growth of the Group’s subsidiaries. A voracious reader and insatiable learner, Samia immersed herself in books early on to equip herself with the soft and hard skills needed to navigate the world of entrepreneurship–something she advises others, especially young entrepreneurs, to do as well. With this drive and passion, Samia founded the original entity established in 2003 which eventually transformed into Multiply Group in 2021. After growing the company into a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, Samia would eventually list the firm, now Multiply Group, on ADX, becoming the first female CEO to take a company public on this Exchange. Multiply Group is a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), the largest non-oil company in the region. She currently oversees Multiply Group’s vast portfolio and diversified investment strategy, while also managing the firm’s sector-agnostic, opportunistic investments under Multiply+. A passionate advocate for wellness and mental well-being, Samia is perpetually seeking opportunities to optimize her career, her personal life, and the lives of those around her. While she relies on hard data and fact-based insights to inform her decisions and strategic vision, she also believes in leading with emotional intelligence. Samia is part of the YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) community and a keystone member of Friends of Abu Dhabi Art. She also serves as a Board Member to several companies and associations like TAQA, Arena Events Group, and Emirates Driving Company. She holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut and has completed executive education certificates in Strategic Intelligence and Digital Disruption from Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge respectively.
