Richard Rosen

Richard L. Rosen is the founder of Rosen Karol Salis, PLLC, with over 40 years of experience in franchise law, worldwide. Throughout his career, Richard has represented franchisors and franchisees, offering legal counsel and business advice. His expertise spans all aspects of franchising, including setting up franchising systems, drafting agreements, litigating in state and federal courts and both conducting and participating in mediations and arbitrations. Richard is a founding member and former chairman of the Franchise, Distribution and Licensing Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
