Businessman and entrepreneur, holding businesses in U.S., Mexico, Argentina and Spain in the Agricultural, Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate and Food Tech industries. Member of Board of Directors, Advisory Boards and Partner in an Entertainment Strategy and Business Development Firm. Former Latin America EVP & Managing Director for the Walt Disney Company Latin America leading, since March 2009, all Disney's lines of business (15) in the region until April 2018. During his tenure he more than tripled the business and led the creation of the first two original branded franchises outside the U.S. Prior to that, was the Latin America CFO and Head of Consumer Products overseeing financial planning, controllership, and information technology as well as all business strategy and operations for Consumer Products. Prior to this role, was the CFO for the Walt Disney Company México with oversight of all business segments and before that, for all Southern and Andean territories in Latin America. Joined Disney in 1996 as Sr. Manager Finance for the Walt Disney Studios Latin America and was instrumental in the establishment of Theatrical distribution operations, setting up Home Entertainment businesses and implementing a local film production strategy for the region. Since 1990 until joining Disney, he ran his own Accounting and Tax firm. He holds a C.P.A. degree from Universidad Católica Argentina and an M.B.A. from I.A.E. Business School in Argentina
