Bob Dykes

Robert R. Dykes, also known as Bob, is the Founder and President of Tanjarine. Dykes served as the Chief Financial Officer of VeriFone Systems, Inc. (alternate name: VeriFone Holdings Inc) from September 9, 2008 to February 28, 2013 and also served as its Executive Vice President & Principal Accounting Officer until February 28, 2013. Dykes served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VeriFone, Inc. since September 2008. He has more than 30 years of operational management experience, and an established reputation in building world-class organizations. He served as Senior Vice President of VeriFone Systems, Inc. since September 2, 2008. He co-founded NebuAd, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board from March 2007 to September 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Business Operations of Juniper Networks Inc., from January 1, 2005 to March 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 2007. Dykes served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics International Ltd., from February 1997 to December 2004; President and Chief Financial Officer of Systems Group of Flextronics from February 1999 to 2004 and as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration from February 1997 to April 1999. From October 1988 to February 1997, Dykes served as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Symantec Corporation. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President of Systems Group and Chief Financial Officer of Chatham Technologies, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Adept Technology. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xebec. He held senior financial management positions for Ford Motor Company. He has been a Director of Hypercom Corp., since August 4, 2011 and ReachLocal Inc. since 2008. He has been a Director of Bitfury USA, Inc. since September 2014. He served as a Director of Flextronics International Ltd. from 1994 to 1997. He served as a Director of NebuAd, Inc. Dykes holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
