Bob Trahan

Bob Trahan is currently the CEO of Phacility. Phacility makes Phabricator, an open source, software engineering platform. Trahan spends most of his time coding and working with users of Phabricator, and the rest of his time he spends doing whatever needs to be done to keep Phacility running smoothly. Previously, Trahan worked at Facebook for the better part of six years. He started his time at Facebook building internal systems and tools and spent the latter portion building internal systems of people. In particular, Trahan oversaw release engineering, bootcamp, engineering manager training, and culture (from within HR) for the final portion of his time at Facebook, crafting the systems and playbook that will scale Facebook's engineering culture for decades to come. Before Facebook, Trahan worked at Microsoft where he helped make cable boxes do all sorts of things automagically for the Microsoft TV group.
