The common thread in my career is that I act as the transformation point to help business leaders get results through technology. Typically I help CEO’s and senior Business leaders who are suffering with one or more of the following challenges: Some are grappling with complicated transformation programs that have lost traction and need someone to join up the stakeholders. Others want to ensure that their technology investments translate to tangible business benefits. And a few are simply stuck in the fog and need a tech executive to help get clarity on aligning their technology with their overall business vision. That is what I do! Over the last 20 years I have enjoyed many Global Leadership roles within the Technology area, I believe in empowering diverse teams with a shared vision and creating a culture of trust.
